Returns & Exchanges

At Enliven, our aim is to provide high-quality products and exceptional service. However, if you receive a damaged product or an item that does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with the product or its fit, you may return it to us. Please note that a nominal Return fee of Rs.100 will be charged per product. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the pickup and exchange, including handling, packaging, and logistics.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

In the event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, kindly return it to us along with your order number.

Upon receiving the product and confirming the issue, we will promptly dispatch a replacement to you.

Exchange Policy

As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once a product has been sold. Nevertheless, we provide the option to exchange the product for a different size, subject to the following conditions:

  • Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 working days) of the product's delivery.
  • The customer will receive the refund amount within 7 days.
  • Exchange is allowed with the inclusion of transportation fees.
  • To request an exchange, please send an email to us at care.enliven@gmail.com with your exchange request.
  • Once acknowledged by our team, you will be responsible for returning the product to us. Please note that we do not provide a reverse pickup service. It's important to obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including their signature and mobile number, as Enliven cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable mail service.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include your name, address, and email on the parcel, along with the desired size for the exchange.
  • Please note that only one exchange is permitted per order.
  • Size exchanges are available, and you can select a bigger or smaller size of equal value to the exchanged product, with the shipping/COD costs to and from deducted.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at care.enliven@gmail.com.
  • By placing an order, the customer agrees not to dispute Enliven's decision and accepts our judgment regarding cancellations.

Credit Note for Unavailable Sizes

If the desired size for an exchange is unavailable, we will issue a credit note.

This credit note will be sent to your email and can be utilized for your next purchase on the Enliven website. Please ensure you use the credit within 30 days of its issuance.

Partial Order Exchange

Yes, you can exchange eligible products within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that certain items may not be returnable or exchangeable.

Fit Issues

If a product doesn't fit, and you require a different size, please request a size exchange with our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will do our utmost to assist with size exchanges, subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you the option of a credit note for future purchases.

Non-Acceptance of Exchanges

  • Exchanges/Returns are not accepted due to reasons such as dissatisfaction with the material or color of the clothing. We strongly recommend thoroughly reading the product description and reviewing all product images before making a purchase. Additionally, you can contact us for further details about the product.
  • Please be aware that our products are meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, and variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur. These variations can be influenced by the accuracy of your monitor's display, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
  • Please note that there may be a 10-12% color difference depending on your device's screen resolution and camera lighting. We do not accept exchanges or returns for color variations in such cases.
  • Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for products that have been washed or worn.
  • Products purchased from the SALE section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

It has been addressed to you repeatedly via all
Platforms that you didnt order anything from our website and got defrauded by someone else which you have no right to take it out on us our our support staff.
We have no record of our payement and no record of your purchase and now this is getting out of hand for us because u are constantly alleging wrongfully on us and our brand. We are sorry that someone frauded your money but they are not us and the next time you try to sway our customer wrongfully with your message it will be our legal team talking to you. And when we take that action it will be you paying us much more than what you are claiming on us because there is no way on earth that you placed an order and we dont deliver to you.
So please get your facts right and we are not afraid at all when we are not wrong in any sense you can go wherever you want and the next call that you will get from our side will be from our legal team because the rest of us are done with your bad language and fradulant claims on us.
So go find the brand that wronged you because you cant keep om claiming your mistake on us.
